Dial | 12" breakarch brass dial with "starry sky" moonphases to arch, subsidiary seconds dial, square date box, finely matted dial centre and C scroll rococo spandrels. Blued cut steel hands. N.B. Moonphase London longcases are not common. | |
Movement | High quality 5 pillar, 8 day, movement with hourly ( rack ) striking.Particularly well executed moonphase work to tee shaped front plate of movement.Matched pair of brass bound weights and typical "London" brass strip pendulum. | |
