Case | Small, pretty, well proportioned, flame mahogany case with brass stopped canted reeded corners to shallow ogee flat top hood the contours of which are repeated in the top of the trunk door. Typical "London" two step pannelled base. | |
Dial | 9 " ( showing ) silvered brass dial with shallow ogee flat top. Shutter from bolt and shutter maintaining power covers winding square. Subsidiary seconds dial, conventional rather than separate dial regulator layout. The dial is signed "Regulator" in script across the top and "Palmer, London" to the lower dial centre. | |
Movement | Good quality 8 day movement with steel pallet deadbeat escapement and 5 knopped pillars. Bolt and shutter maintaining power. | |
