Good, small, well proportioned, long door, flame mahogany case with brass ball centred swan neck pediment having Greek key pattern under, extending to both sides.Shaped backsplats, brass Corinthian capitals to plain hood columns.
DIAL DETAILS
12" square 'Walker & Finnemore' painted dial with 'axehead' moon to upper dial centre, wavy Arabic numerals, rose centred painted corner spandrels, "sad mouth" date aperture, signed to lower dial centre Sam.l ( Samuel ) Hulbert Marshfield. Polished cut brass hands. N.B. Walker & Finnemore are recorded 1808 - 1811.

Good quality, 4 pillar, 8 day, hourly ( rack ) striking.

Sam.l ( Samuel ) Hulbert of Marshfield is recorded 1776 - 1826.
