Case A very good, very small, typically West Country, flat top, long door, quarter sawn oak case with mahogany crossbanding and details. "Pillars attached" hood door, plain strip base.
Dial 12" square engraved and silvered brass dial with subsidiary seconds dial and large, typically Bristol area, large "sad mouth," date lunette. Signed Benj. Reed Bristol to dial centre. Blued, cut steel hands.
Movement Good quality, 8 day, 4 pillar movement with hourly rack striking.
